Today we made brownies and baked ziti. The brownies one batch was with the m&ms mixed with everything. The second batch they had the m&ms on the top. The first batch of brownies was moist and was a little bit to hard. The second batch was very moist and soft. And then we did baked ziti. The first batch of baked ziti was with cheese and the noddles. The second batch was with meat and cheese. It was very delicious.

Today we went to a restaurant facility called B.R guest. A man named Jerry gave us a tour of the facility. In this facility, they
make food for 14 restaurants in Manhattan. It was a really cool place. We saw how they make ice cream, bread and ravioli.
We ate some of the butterscotch ice cream (it was delicious). They had many ovens for the bread. We saw how they
made the bread rise and learned about yeast (Yeast is a micro organism). We didn’t know that information until Jerry told us
that. They had a big recipe book and we saw some of the recipes. We met some cool people like Jerry, Andrew,
Debby, Paul, Ali, and Reynaldo. Today was a really awesome day and we learned a lot.

Today we watched all of the rensizzle presentations and presented our own. It was really cool to see what everyone
accomplished in the past week. Our presentation was cool, but it would’ve been better if we had music.
